Contact support

Include your app version, device model and steps to reproduce the problem. Avoid sending unnecessary personal information, documents or GPS routes.

How do I change language?

Open Settings in TailDose and use the language link to open iOS settings. Italian, English, Spanish and French are available.

How do reminders work?

Allow notifications in iOS settings. Open TailDose regularly: reminders are scheduled for a limited period shown in the app. Focus modes and device settings may suppress notifications.

iCloud and family

Use an Apple Account with iCloud enabled. Updates are not instant: an available account does not mean synchronization is complete. Check with other caregivers before giving a dose, especially offline. Never repeat a dose solely because of a notification.

Exports and attachments

Export a PDF report or CSV journal and share it using your chosen apps. Reports list documents but do not embed the attachments. Always check the recipient before sharing.

Found a problem?

Email support@ph-dc.net. If duplicate records are flagged, discuss them with other caregivers: do not assume they mean either two actual doses or a harmless duplicate.
